We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate whether the file fits the service, complete the agreed catalog cleanup, provide delivery and correction support, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell your personal information or supplier catalog data.

Payments

Payments are made through a Stripe-hosted payment page. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Catalog Rescue does not receive your full payment card number.

Sharing and access

We do not share your source files or contact details for advertising. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as email and payment providers, or where required by law.

Retention and deletion requests

We keep files and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, provide the included correction round, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of source files you provided after delivery by emailing us. Some transaction and communication records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative practices to limit access to customer files and contact information to the purpose of providing this service. Email is used for initial intake and delivery, so please avoid sending information that you would not be comfortable sharing by email.
