These Terms apply when you ask Catalog Rescue to review or prepare a supplier product file for Shopify. By requesting or purchasing the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Catalog Rescue provides Shopify CSV cleanup for one supplier CSV of up to 1,000 data rows and 10 MB for a fixed price of $149. The service includes column mapping, formatting repairs, variant and required-data checks, a row-level change report, an unresolved-issues report, and one correction round.

We review the complete file before accepting a paid order. We may ask questions where source data is incomplete, unclear, or outside the stated scope. We do not invent prices, SKUs, product attributes, inventory, or other product facts.

What you provide

You will provide the source file and any necessary mapping details by email. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide the file and instructions, and for giving complete, accurate information needed to perform the agreed work.

Payment and timing

Payment is requested only after we confirm that the file fits the service. Payment is processed through a Stripe-hosted payment page. Work begins after payment and receipt of complete required information. We aim to deliver within two business days after that point.

Delivery and review

Delivery is by email and includes the completed Shopify-formatted CSV, the reports described above, and instructions for a test import. You should review the file and run a test import before a live import. Shopify store access, live imports, copywriting, and image hosting are not part of this service.

Corrections and refunds

One correction round is included for a request that is within the agreed scope. If Catalog Rescue cannot complete the agreed deliverable, we will refund the payment. Requests that expand the file size, row count, source data, or agreed scope may require a new quote before work continues.
